when I was looking for a Cavalier about four years ago, there was a lovely white one on eBay....went for about £5-600-ish. Then the following week my 1.7 TD LS came up, and I got that instead.

My Mk1 Cav actually said "Made in Belgium" plated on it.

I thought you were covered driving TO the MOT, but if it failed, you wouldn't be covered to drive it away.

What I have done is mooch around the few scrap cars we have here....(would you believe, no bloomin curved hoses!), and found a couple that had an L shape to them...cut them to size, put a piece of copper pipe and jubilee clips to join them, and put that on.
