I bought a Polti steam cleaner and it has worked great for 6 years now.
Got an old astra interior that needed a clean used a small amout of upholstry cleaner and left to soak in then steam cleaned - look great after :0

Saw a thread on another website where the expansion tank and washer tank were joined together so the heat transfered through and he had heated windscreen wash.

Try a lower profile tyre this may help
Are you going to go for a small roll on the rear arches?
If so go to a professional - think they have to gently heat the rear arch so the paint doesnt crack :0
