The track rod ends can be done by undoing the nut and putting some upward pressure on the arm then hitting theshock next to the jjoint and it should pop out The lower one undo the 13mm nut and bolt then hammer a screwdriver in the gap to widen the gap should come out One more thing count the amount...

The only difference would be the bracket for transferbox mount, that was fitted to mine, (I Mean barneys cav)gsi pie wrote:well my gsi 4x4 (c20xe) has a normal 4 branch that comes on any c20xe engine

so i should imagine any 8 valve 4 branch will fit imo

Hi pal engine and spec will help a lot Dont know a great deal about it TBH, Guessing standard C20XE i do know that the head has been skimmed in the past. But will be getting completely stripped, cleaned and rebuilt tho. To be honest the best cams are the standard ones .Best to go down the throttle ...

Stuck passenger door
Okay got problem with my old omega the front passenger door is jammed shut ,what is the best way unstuck it.I have tryed to
removed the door card but can't get in to the two lower screws due the B pillar .Any help well be greatly appreciated
