If it has been stood for a very long time, then it is not too surprising that rubber pipework is tatered. I would like to keep it but i have no driveway where i live (its got a SORN certificate) and most importantly no SKILLS! Glad to hear it could easily be put right tho it means it will be easier to find it a good home.

Yeah people are really picky these days about food being off!

Best before dates are just a guide its not a reason to throw out and waste lots of food.

Mind due I know at work we can't use out of date food so quite a lot gets wasted!

It is a manual so will check out the clutch. I think my Grandpa left it off to ensure there would be as few problems as possible in the future. The seals have definitely gone on some of the doors tho :(
