i`m glad you say that as i once used an engine flush a few years ago and the pressure relief valve got stuck in my oil pump.
be ok then just to drain the oil 10w 40 and stick in the 5w40 with filter ofcourse?

hey oil man i`ve a 2.5v6 aboout 220bhp it doesnt get used every day but gets used pretty hard every time its out. :shock: it gets plenty of oil changes just when it gets dark on the dipstick always 10w 40 gm stuff wat do your recon i should be on? i used the 10w40 sinse i rebuilt the engine last yea...

they were quite a pain to get right! gettin all the pipe lengths equal an clearance down the back ect.
they been on her over a year now with no issues
im sure i could make up another set pretty easy

id say fit them, i did on mine and defo noticed a good difference it just feels so much better on the corners. my old ones were fine but i was refurbin the rear beam and seemed sily not to
