If you can get the discs first it helps a lot ! You will then see how they fit as they are massive discs

Yeah not cheap discs ! And the £350 for pads ! I made the brackets myself, you have to alter the legs to get the correct clearance for the calipers and yes redrilled Vxr discs

As for the brakes I've just fitted them to my cav turbo not easy tho ! fully working insignia Vxr brakes

Sad to say it's sorn and the mot ran out July last year !

As above common area to leak the pedal box sealant goes hard and cracks letting water

Sounds like the reburn system playing up that valve on the inlet system in front of the injection unit I'm sure some one will post a pic up of what I mean

For the ignition cover i used a vectra one as its a all in one and it stops the old cavalier rubber ring disappear down into the coloum covers ,good workso far glad to see it going back together
