Try some wd40 on the rubber and you need to lever them over the tang on the bracket

Warm the exhaust slightly, thin wideish flat screwdriver, plenty of WD40, wank the back box about and tap the screwdriver up near the splits

I got my new tank free and had it fitted free

Good to see it back to its previous standard. bet your glad? Really pleased....was sick of driving round with it damaged. Managed to source a flame red bumper so i can get it sprayed up to swap over as the one on the cav has a lot of stone chips in it, so thought it'd be easier than trying to touch...
