Starter Motor Problem

I have replaced the dash in my turbo cav and managed to fry the starter motor, or so it seemed.

Have replaced the starter motor and when I start the car now it wont stop. Not sure if its the ignition switch or ignition relay.

Anyone know where the ignition relay is located.

Thanks
Set of SRi springs here, removed from a 1991 40k mile car and a brand new pair of GM front shocks to.
