Re: my gsi cavalier

It was a new gsi shell. And it didnt have the wholes drilled out. So i didnt drill them out.
If u see a pic of the engine bay aswell. Iv also fitted a standard cavalier window washer bottle as the hole was not drilled out 4 the gsi bottle.
I havethe parts there incase i change my mind in the future

Not many people knew that gsi's came in spectral blue.
Thats why i decided to change from westminster blue.
So it would be even rarer.

yea your right, that was the me deciding to paint the car in a rarer gsi colour, than the 1st man, and the inside wont be seen, and ask for the engine bay, i just didnt bother painting it as it dont look 2 bad

Re: brand new gsi shell

its each to there own on what type of cavalier they would rather have, for me its this gsi that i have now, because i no i can say that its prob one of the only gsi cavaliers that has never had to be welded since it was 1st built, it has never had any rot or rust, thats not to say that any cavalier ...

Re: brand new gsi shell

can you show me any other GSI cavalier that has NEVER been welded imo That statement makes me laugh. They were welded together at the factory. The statement I'd use would be 99% rot free shell. Meaning it potentially has more life A restored gsi would arguably be worth the same as they both fall in...
