V6 heater and radiator fan issue

Hi guys, I've recently purchased a 94 Sri with a v6 fitted, everything was fine to begin with, but now I've got issues with the cooling fan and the interior heaters. I've ruled out the heater resistor, tried another and still the same, I can feel warm air through my vents, I just can't adjust the te...

Omega variable wiper stalk

I found a variable wiper stalk whilst going through parts, might as well fit it to my Sri. No relay though, does it need to be the omega one or will the standard cavalier part work?

If not, who has one they are willing to sell me lol

Re: Headlight washer

Thanks for all the replies chaps, yes my car is a hatchback. I've removed my rear wiper and scoosher so I could use that for the headlights? Although I'd like the level switch so I'll be checking out that extra plug before I go much further. The boy that had the car before me it was a v6 saloon he h...

Re: Headlight washer

Thanks for all the replies lads! Yeah it's 1 massive bottle under the passenger inner wing with the long filler neck but on mine there is only 1 pump and nowhere for a level sender.. Although there is an extra unused plug so maybe I've got a bottle for a car without headlamp washers. I have the moto...

Headlight washer

Hi guys, trying to get my headlight washers working. Wipers work perfectly but the squirters arent, got the little pump in my washer bottle for the windscreen wash. Do I just loop out of that or is there another pump I need? And why is the pump got 2 outlet's to it (feed and return it seems?) The ca...

Rear electric window problem

Hi guys, got a leccy rear windows fitted to my Sri, but there's a slight problem with one if them.. LHS one works fine but the RHS one is a little dodgy, it goes down about an inch then stops for a second, then goes down another inch and stops, and so on. Same goes for the way up. I replaced the mec...

Re: Passenger footwell pocket

Strange how the facelift one didn't have it.
The one in my car is missing and it's not with all my paperwork unfortunately, need to find one. A blank won't be easy to find though..

Re: Passenger footwell pocket

That's a cool idea, having it empty seems quite pointless.
Turns out it is indeed for the service/handbook. Some early 90s cars has them. A friend just informed me lol

Passenger footwell pocket

This isn't really a fault as such, more a general question..

The little slot/pocket thing that pops open on the passenger kick panel at the front of the sill.. What is it for? What would have been in it..

is there 2 types of headlight protector? or just one that fits both, face and pre-face?

Thanks,

LED dash bulbs

Hi guys, thinking of fitting LED dash bulbs into my Cav. Speedo, Oil&Volt guages, trip computer, Electric window/mirror switches, Headlight switches, heated seat switches etc.

Are the bulbs in all of the above the same? Also, how many will i need for everything in the interior?

Cheers,
Thomas.
