some lad on the vauxsausage facebook page fitted the full interior looked really smart but dont think he did any diagras, might be worth asking on there?

Northern, not at all. Just considering having a little base - just to improve sound but at the same time having a working boot. ah right to be fair it didnt take up that much room (depth of a sub box) but if youre just after a nice addition to a system a lot of the guys on the celica gt4 forums are...

are you saying my vectra one wasnt subtle? lol to be fair the mirrored paned just lifted out (was only 1" thick) and I could use a different fabric instead of the camo, might try and adapt it for the cavs boot

Was a good meet and a cracking drive - apart from the bikers that is (arseoles! - its not a racetrack) some nice cavs too! (mine was the nautilus blue td)

I pay 700 quid for my celica gt4 and my cav td, all ncb are on the celica which is around 380 , both fully comp with wor lass on too and both insured to commute - oh im 31 btw

So you have just stuck that on top of the original fabric??? I think the idea is that you make a panel to follow the shape of the original fabric using thin board, and cover that. Hi guys just looking around the net and the cav 1700td rads are quite expensive, would an astra 17td rad do the same job as theyre 50 quid cheaper?

or if anyone has one for sale - let me know, rad weld is only temp solution

as said you just need to sand it all down - try using something like 320 grit so as not to damage the rubber so much

you need to cut the plug off the back of the airbag wheel (the longer the wires the better) and put a female bullet connector on the brown/white wire then just push this over the end of the brass pin behind the wheel ( on the top with cowlings removed)

ive got one bud - bought it to replace my 04 plate Vectra sri, yes standard they can be a little slow off the mark but not ridiculously bad, when its going its quite fun lol ive yet to tweak it which i'll be doing in the next few weeks, mpg im getting around 45-55+ mpg

Does look a tidy motor. Any more plans for it? finish off fitting the kit - ive also got a turbo leather interior to fit after ive tidied it up a bit, also plan on trimming the cards and headlining to match. will tweak the engine slightly too, ive already got a scorpion box just need the centre pie...

Hi guys, its been a while ande ive been meaning to put some pics up of my cav, originally I bought it to replace my nova saloon which was stolen, but after a lot of head scratching (not much really) I decided to replace my daily driver with it ( vectra c sri 2.2 petrol) as I do prefer my older cars....
