Re: Boot installs
Northern, not at all. Just considering having a little base - just to improve sound but at the same time having a working boot. ah right to be fair it didnt take up that much room (depth of a sub box) but if youre just after a nice addition to a system a lot of the guys on the celica gt4 forums are...

Re: Boot installs
are you saying my vectra one wasnt subtle? lol to be fair the mirrored paned just lifted out (was only 1" thick) and I could use a different fabric instead of the camo, might try and adapt it for the cavs bootRobsyUK wrote:I do prefer the suttle hiden ones.

Re: re-covering cavy door cards

Then you can fix it to the original door card. yup I did the same thing only I use small screws instead of the cable ti...

as said you just need to sand it all down - try using something like 320 grit so as not to damage the rubber so much

Re: New steering wheel problem
you need to cut the plug off the back of the airbag wheel (the longer the wires the better) and put a female bullet connector on the brown/white wire then just push this over the end of the brass pin behind the wheel ( on the top with cowlings removed)

My GLS TD saloon daily
Hi guys, its been a while ande ive been meaning to put some pics up of my cav, originally I bought it to replace my nova saloon which was stolen, but after a lot of head scratching (not much really) I decided to replace my daily driver with it ( vectra c sri 2.2 petrol) as I do prefer my older cars....
