what engine? if XE or ecotec, I have a used and new GM one and back box. with a decat you will really notice it running better, smoother and they sound great, just nice and parpy, not stupid loud. if XE, I have a big bore manifold and decat too. think the straight decat fits ecotec too. will have to...

I imagine a light bulb across the 2 pins and turn the headlights on, it should light the bulb.

pretty sure that is the 2 way that goes on the diverter valve for when headlamp wash is fitted. my dippy had it, slotted on the side of the washer bottle, different type one, iirc than yours. energises when the lights are on so the squirt goes down to the headlights when u wash the windscreen.

That was the winner, the old girl wasn't TOTALLY empty, but a slight whiff of refrigerant left inside when I tried the valves....been here many times... They are all hatchback, highish rear entry though with the tailgate open, wouldn't want to be heaving an electric chair up into it. plenty of room there though, 1000 litres with the seats down, 300 without iirc. Battery is 200kg nearly, runs down the centre of the car and across under the rear seats...
