I have 15" wheels on my cav and Im using v6 cav calipers and 280mm astra discs

Try putting front wheels on back and the back wheels to the front and see if the noise moves I had same problem at work not so long ago with a freelander turned out to be the tyres

he did not want to pay the extra for tig welded joints

hear is the manifold I made for my r1's

I said r1 carbs because I have them on my cav and I have fitted cbr carbs to a micra I just found the r1 carbs better

Yamaha r1 carbs are what you want

i have used green's but its all down to what you are going to use the car for. if you are only on the road then stay with Ultimax pads but if u are going on the track as well then greens will be ok. don't see the point of putting greens in just to use on the road
