My sympathies. The cables go to a plug that clips into the actual switch. Your best bet would probably be to get a plug from a breakers; this shouls have the coloured cables attached so it's a case of splicing each wire in the loom to the same colour wire from the plug. That's good to hear and the right thing to do.Apparently, cars donated to the museum will be offered back to their owners before auction.
Think the Carlton is a donated vehicle and I believe it's done about 200k miles so even, if it went to auction, might not be the best long-term buy.
