alternator off got reconditioned then back on and cannot get it in line with p/s polley what am i missing is it the mount below the alternator. cant get pic to come up anyone tell me how to upload pics

thermostat is new will have it checked water pump and timing kit going in on thurs going check sender this evening. Am i effecting the car by driving it like this??
