Timing belt
Ok this question might be stupid to some of you but I can't find any info around the forum, anyway. I want to do my first timing belt change but when I went to buy the parts I didn't have an idea there are two types of belts(111 and 146 teeth) does somebody know which one I need for C20NE (MY1993) s...

Re: Headlight manual adjuster to electric
Yes that would be the hard and correct way to do so, alas I have done it without stripping just removed manual winder and put the electric one inside.

Re: Headlight manual adjuster to electric
It is doable as I have done it myself but be careful with popping the manual adjuster knob from its place because it is easy to break. For the info I have been doing this on facelift headlights but I recon they are the same except the glass.

Re: Air condition
I'm interested only in air con lines under the bonnet so basically lines connecting evaporator, condenser, dryer and compressor (image below). https://i.postimg.cc/67SnT0sr/Screenshot-189-Copy.png As far as I am aware there are 3 types of air con systems on Cavalier/Vectra: up to MY 92 is first type...

Air condition
Does anyone know if there is any difference between air condition lines from Vauxhall Cavalier Mk 3 and Opel Vectra A (one being RHD and other LHD)? I'm interested only in lines, I know there is slight difference in the interior regarding evaporator.

Re: 1989 Opel Vectra GT
There is a person on german ebay who makes small rubber parts from polyurethane for older opel/vauxhall cars such as those rubbers you were searching. I ordered a pair from him they are well made and seem more durable than rubber and not really expensive. https://www.ebay.de/itm/373045081164?hash=it...

Re: Left-hand drive ''Cavalier''
The engine will be C20NE, I found cheap donor car with A/C (the summers are really hot out here so driving a car on a hot day without A/C is nearing mission impossible). I won't be doing the transplant as unfortunately I don't have a garage nor the space to do it but I'll make sure it's done as it s...

Re: Door check strap
Yeah but let's say for an example you have a large item in your car on your front passanger seat the item is so large that you have to take it out with both of your hands and you can't hold the door with one hand and take the item with the other so it would be convenient if you could open the door i...

Door check strap
I haven't come across any topic regarding door check straps. Not sure for the rest of you but the problem I'm having is when a car is parked on a steep hill facing upwards and I try to open the doors no matter which of 4 doors are, they are closing back on it's own and in some situations it is I wou...

Rears are basically bolt on with minor modification regarding handbrake cables. I'll probably try and find the fronts from late calibra.
