The calibra ones went obsolete about 10 years ago, I'd imagine the cav ones are also now non existent other than the hughely over prices ones on ebay.

Re: C25XE Mantzel Inlet Manifold?
Pretty straight forward. Chances are the TC motor is dead too, so that can also be removed and plugged. The 3.0 and 3.2 have the larger plastic lower divider, great because they dont need gaskets, the orange rubber type are built in. With some work you can also fit the vectra inlet, and have your ow...

KF are only good as emergency tyres in the evening, usually because most decent places are closed.

I'm not sure you can equate fuel flow directly to the number of cyinders like that. Will be a simple cc/min value

Re: Replacing front pipe and cat
There is EGR and SAI. The SAI only blows air into the manifold when cold (choke on in old fashioned terms) and burn off any remaining rich fuel mixture to heat the cat quicker.

Maybe it's showing the option for the 16v head 2.0, both had the same block, but 35 teeth seem like a huge difference.

Re: Timing belt
I thought the C20NE was the same over the years, other engines did have a change around 1994 from round teeth to square teeth on the belt.
Did you look it up or did a motorfactors? Most factors are very good at getting the right parts based on the car reg.

Ford and vauxhall were king of the roads in the 80's and 90's.
For normal cars. the only vauxhall I regularly see is the corsa, and not many astras, insignia is once in a blue moon.

I think it depends how often you use the car. A daily driver hides it better as it starts easy and is charged every day.

Are they illegal?
The rule is that they must not extend beyond the body, and there is a small arch extension there. Probably sitting in a grey area as it meets the rule, but tread is still exposed from the car.

No, the fine doubles every time youdrive in, up to a maximum of £960!!!ilovedmymantas wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 2:37 am The Scottish system appears both punitive and fair at the same time. Drive in the zone- £60 fine every time, driving a 'disabled' car or one over 30 years-no charge.

Depending on the type, the back end cams on the locks were a bit fragile and broke quite easily, I'd take the handle out and check it''s all ok
