yeah defo the wheels are staying, i did av a set of 17" katana's to go on but they had the wrong tyre size on so they never made it on to the car, although u cant see it apart from just about in one of the vectra pics its got a twin ovaled square tail pipe, KnN, full TOAD alarm/imob & a few...

yup guys it is an expression, stock wheels, the now pic is as she,s slammed on -60 springs all round & lowered gsi front shocks & standard rears, fanks glad u like it.....she,s number 9 cav that iv owned, but tbh im liking the vectra 2, a lil more power & a lil more comfort :D

tbh it is a lil low on the back, mine was sat on -60 springs all round, shortened gsi front shocks & standard rears & she look wicked, just wish i could upload some pics, i always run in2 trouble wen i try :scratch

hey guys, iv upgraded from the cav 2 a veccy 1.8 120 sri, mine has the steering wheel controls but iv now taken out the factory fitted stereo & fitted my jvc pict head unit, can anyone tell me wot i need 2 do 2 adapt the wiring to get my wheel controls working wiv my jvc head unit pls

i have had probs in the past wiv tramlining turned out tobe the tyres vernstiens which were ment to be inflated to 38psi, so i did a monster burnout & smoked them.....changed the tyres problem went away, now running 195/50/15s on cav expression alloys with nps :D

he he, iv gone one better, iv got 2 egr valves so when one gets coked up i swap them over & clean up the one iv taken off ready to swap over next time....works every time & as it happens iv just swapped it over today

i am running -60 springs atm standard rear shocks & aftermarket gsi front shocks, standard 15" expression alloys with 195/60/15s rear & 195/50/15s front ( nose down stance), i get no scrubbage probs & i could run 17s but tyres no wider than 205 or the rear tyres will foul the arches...

Model/engine: 1.8 expression/ C18NZ (i think)
Hatch back, standard 15s on lower profile tyres, lowered -60, twin exit back box & power filter,
from top of red to full £60 @ 120.7 a ltr,
340 urban avg/ 400/450 on a run avg speed 80mph,
someone else can do the maths lol

well iv owned 8 cavs over the yrs, a couple of mk2 but mostly pre & post face lift mk3s, the post facelift mk3 r probs the best in the rust department, my 94 M reg expression has no rust @ all, the only thing i can think of is to check all the electrics, light switches, indicator/wiper stalks ca...

this is beginning 2 b a pain, LMF don't do front camber adjusters just rears, popped on MIG & there r ppl on about drilling out the rivets & slotting the holes & reassembling with h/t nuts & bolt....! has anyone tried this ?

i agree with most, the vectra is newer but not a drivers car, if i had the time ,money & space i,d like to swap a vectra front end onto a cav, iv seen 206 front ends on 205,s & skyline on primera,s so y not a vectra onto a cav ?
