Unfortunatly car failed mot and clutch bearing is almost dead with a bill to repair it all for £500 so possiblly will be saying good bye to my old faithful Cav 1.6ls as is going to cost me way too much to fix but on the upside, maybe replaced with 2.0 Ecotec Cav :love

Yeah thats the best description i heard for it but it works if a drive down the road thats the kind of noise i get then when i put the pedal down it stops and all is quiet. Great garage just rang me and there is a two page fail list for my mot. What multiplugs are we talking about, i found the green and also the black 4 socket plug that go into the control unit but dont have control unit yet. Where am i looking. Will the plugs actually be there or will i have to run my own wires from the back of the relay to each seat?

Just had the carpet up in my cav today to find the plugs for the seats and imaine my surprise when they wernt there. Got the plugs for the control panel and the wiring is at the relay and fuse but no bloody plug what do i do????? :scratch

Found fan switch at scrappy from 1.8 for £4 but ended up that the power steering pipe that melted a little hole into my top hose also melted the plastic around the cable from the switch all seems ok now that it is re-routed and wrapped in electrical tape

I've not actually got the control panel yet it is in the post just looking for the cables so that they are all ready to be plugged in like i say i found the green one under the astray but the black one must be hiding somewhere else
