my heater in my dippy only works flat out.got the resiter out of a non ac car but mine has ac.will the non ac one fit as haveing a quick look they dont look the same?.thanks paul

ive got a 130amp on my calibra now.there fitted to keep the alternator cool becouse of ehere its fitted right under the exhaust manifold at the back of the engine out of the airflow.so make sure it works as it should or your alternator wont last long as i found out.and there a right pain to chane.om...

no you need a ecu from an r chissis num mot an s.if you use an s loom you will have to change all the dash loom and thats a pain

when your pulling it get someone to tap the nut with a hammer and that should shock it loose.thats how i do em if they dont budge

i had that with a 2.8 mk2 granada yrs ago the dissy timeing was out.had my mate under the bonnet turning the dissy heard a big wosh and a nice big flame outa the carb and bye bye eye brows,eye lashes and a fair bit of his hair.i just couldnt stop laughing was funny as hell

ive just pulled the main unit out of the car and it says it is a vauxhall code hopping radio remote control unit.part num 91145514.somebody must have this on there car and know how to reprogram the remote for it.the idiots at the service dept at my local vauxhall dealer in eastbourne aint got a clue...

yes and no.pull the bottom pully off and check that the marks line up ok.you said it was turning freely so if timeing is out would only be 1 or 2 teeth and it would sill start and run but lumpy.and wip the plugs out and check there all sparking ok and that your getting fuel up ok.if everythings ok i...

had that years ago on a mk2 cav 1.8 sri.wouldnt start after hg change.gave it a drag down the road and it went in 10 yards and started spot on after.paul

ive got my alfa seats mounted on the cav seat runners.was a bit of work but got them to bolt up in the end.so i still use the cav seatbelts.paul

had the pump checked and thats working spot on fuel pressure as it should be.only outher thing can think of is crank senser.ive got a brand new 1 that i got for my 3 litre omega.my question is are they the same as the 1 fitted to the cav?.i know an xe or let is the same as the c20ne but is the omega...

been right through everything on the old girl.checked and cleaned every eletrial conector all the breathers and vac hoses,new inlet manifold gaskit anouther set of injectors that have been cleaned new fuel filter and the bloody thing still misses.the only thing that i think it can be now is the fuel...
