The good news is the carlton and omega bearing carriers are still available and with only a little modification they fit.
the actual prop bearings are also available still and they are the same bearing for cav, carlton and omega.

seat belts

Does anyone have trouble with their cavalier seat belts locking and not coming out to be fastened ? If my car is not on level ground its a royal pain to get them to release so i can put the seatbelt on and i wondered if anyone else had this problem ? Its the same for both fronts and rears on my car ...

Hi guys I've bought an ebay special to do the remote locking .... now its powered etc but I cant work out which wires to connect to the locking side for open and close. I know they just need grounded to operate but I cant phathom how to identify which wires do that ... in addition on the main unit w...

the guy did mine on the cavalier too it was just over £100
he offered suede, different colour stitching inserts ... all sorts really he made mine a bit thicker too

Sorry was confused with something else woth diesel boxes.... Have been looking into the b204 Seems to be alot of tuning options regarding tdo4 turbos and t25s with intercoolers and deletes with filters and mapping Anyone know a good start to tuning these engine from experience? I mentioned earlier ...

The saab engine is a straight fit the rad needs changing to the saab one too. Theres a guy on migweb astranige who makes the wiring adaptors. £300 should see a good saab b204 engine.

I cant understand why anyone would want to source a c20let for a conversion when the saab is so much cheaper and probably better.
Unless its for a cavalier turbo then the b204 is so much better in my opinion.

the header tank on a turbo stays in the same place must be just the v6 that has it there

i fitted aircon on mine from a calibra that i had as a donor.
it was a lot of work full dash loom too and the firewall needed the matrix pipes to be moved to a different place.

only driver side would fit a 4x4 unless you found a calibra 4x4 for both :lol:

There isnt much left to annoy me about mine that I havent fixed ... What does annoy me now though is the headroom .... i am not that tall really 5 ft 11 on a good day but my hair rubs on the headlining and the sunroof trim lol I really must see if I can modify the base of the seat to go a wee bit lo...

Now i bought this a while ago from a forum member for a good price and i would like to sell it now for as much as i can to give to this member who has some engine problems .... whats its worth do you think ? i'm probably list...
