Hello James. New myself. Mine is a 1994 LS TD with double your mileage! LOL. But i think yours might be the same colour. Looks green, but a touch of blue, like aqua. I have owned three mark 1 Cavs, and they all had cast heads... good job too as i cooked one of the engines a few times!

But I still wouldn't fancy taking this on... except to the scrap yard!
