Re: My 1.8 LSi WIP

Glad to see you still have your hatchback cav and nice one on not breaking the other cav too. :) Good luck with both cars an lookforward to seeing some progress with them. There a cavalier classic at a breakers yard in Derby with a C18NZ an box in it still with only 61k I reckon could be genuine and...

Re: How to remove the rear door window winder handles? Help!

Just managed to get mine off! :D As you said bit of fiddle to put it mildly. The trim clip tool remover proved to be the win on this one. Seams if you have the winderhandle sitting upwards stright towards the roof then the circlip is facing upards meaning the ends are to the left and right of the ce...

Re: How to remove the rear door window winder handles? Help!

Of course I put them back on. :( I'll try and have a look at my car in a bit while it's stopped raining an see if I can get mine off without breakin...

Glad to hear its back on the road, I did consider this cav for a bit as a replacement for my own. Still, glad its being used again :) Thank's I'm glad it's still here an being used...

How to remove the rear door window winder handles? Help!

Maybe It's just me as I did manage to previously remove them without any bother over 3 years ago but tried to the other day at a breakers yard as I wanted the door cards an can't seem to locate the locking pin on the reverse with my trim clip remover tool or a flat blade screwdriver etheir? Want to ...

Could have sold it to someone I know but there car history isn't the best if you catch my drift so I've haven't taken there off...

Re: Jimmy's black 8v SRi :)

Looking good and i wouldn't have picked purple for the insrerts myself but it works well with the black. Nice one. ;)
As for the colour of your alloys. Tough one! Personally i'd go for one of etheir the greys or the anthracite.

Re: MY 93 L CAV 1.8 LS

Well had the mot today and although it failed it didn't discrace itself etheir. As i had expected it was the rear brakes that were the issue. Think it will be just a case of taking them apart, cleaning an adjusting the handbrake an we are back in business. :) Did struggle through the emissions which...
