So, its been a couple of months. Regulator was wrong, so sent that back, still need to go hunting for another one. Finally replaced the rear wiper (snapped the other one whist taking it off, so had to resort to the hack saw). Long over-due a service (3 years apparently :/) and a good wash. I really ...

Wowsers, loving the little bargains you find online, more spends certainly, but over-all hopefully it'll pay off in the end, rightly, or wrongly I'd love to see this with the izuzu lump in it some day. But that is just a selfish want.

Not bad for someone who last drove a cav 11 years ago.
Hopefully a nice easy fix. Happy days. Tiger seal, sicaflex, or CT1 would be my goto sealants now for that stuff.

Aye, that main loom earth on the drivers side would be a very good place to start if the indicators are out.

Oh, that doesn't look great, and yep elephants trunk would be a good place to look, as well as the foam seal around the heater blower area if that hasn't already been replaced with a sikaflex replacement

It's good progress, for the water ingress I would be looking at the windscreen debonding, looking for signs of delamination. inner wing flitch panels and the sunroof / a pillars where the drains drop down.
