hi all. there might be an answer to this on here somewhere but i'm struggling to find it... does anyone know what bits i will need from a donor cav gsi/turbo if i want to take the headlamp wipers/washers and fit them to my cdx? i'm interested to know which bits i will need and how best to fit them? ...

yeah not much! six months straight of arguing. persistence paid off thankfully. got the car back all nice and resprayed just in time for the salt spreaders to come out and damage it again. and sure enough, two weeks ago they got me. lovely new paintwork chipped all over again. the feckers.

the impact against paintwork has been my main gripe. but after a six month battle with the local council and the highways agency they agreed to pay for a respray of my omega. and i should think so too!!

basically undo the pipes at the back of the bay shove the hose in one side and let it blast through, when it comes out the same rate as it goes in, its fine Ive never actually never had the flaps go i was just making a suggestion for all probable problems but id assume it would be the cables snappi...

oh check for cambelt changes. the v6, and this goes for cav v6s too, should be changed every 40k, not 80 as suggested in old service books. any later and you're on borrowed time... Couldn't get him a V6 as he bought a 2003 Omega 'KG03 XXX' (something or other) in cash today... £3000 47,000miles on ...
