Re: Hands free

Was thinking of putting speaker behind the Fuse box. and I dont want the switch on show. When I fitted it to the avensis, I made it so it used the avensis;s speakers. put in the cav it only quietens the volume of the headunit, and I still have to use the nokia speaker. That's the problem you'll hav...

are you 100% sure its the gear box? I had a rumbling noise after changing the discs and pads on the cav turned out to be the catch plate (on the back of the disc) was pushed in too far - see if thats the problem.

Just to throw a cat amongst the feathered ones... a twisted thought... Go and sit in various different cars.. find an interior you are VERY comfortable in and see how easily the interior can be made to fit the cavalier, do the nessacary work, then have them retrimmed and fitted. As your car isn't ex...

why 60mm? why not 40mm? I think with a 60mm drop, first nasty speed bump will rip those mud flaps right off. One of the things that sets this car off for me has always been its "standard" look - which is rather appealing Seriously Craig, I really would think about it before commiting to th...

Nope, not 8 certainly. Make sure you soak the bolts on the rear shockers with a good penetrating fluid too and have an empty boot - it helps alot! If you pop up one weekend I'll give you a hand. Working the weekend, Arriva doesn't allow time off EVER lol... joking. My other problem is that theres a...

Test it with a multimeter, testing the output to see if its higher than normal (should be around 14v if I recall) if it is - overcharging might cause this issue.
