Good evening all

Post by Rookie1080 »

Hi all,
Seems I've already got off on the wrong foot as I posted in the selling page "a wanted add" seems it was removed and no notification to notify myself,
Not to worry.
So let's start again I'm from West Midlands and I'm on the hunt for a cavalier and thought this site would be a good place to start. I've had various model novas, one which was noticed at billing and Astra mo2's
In search for a cavalier v6 now as an extra toy!
Hope everyone is well

Cheers

Hi Rookie,

As far as I know, you have not upset anyone.
But as you say, you put a wanted thread in the for sale section.

I merely moved it... it has not been deleted or removed. :)

viewtopic.php?f=37&t=15924

So I think we are still on the right foot.

Unusual though to start a Car club membership whilst on holiday in Montevideo in Mexico.

In your position, I would be enjoying the sun and fun whilst the UK enjoys snow and gale force winds.

Sounds quite a change from Nova's to V6 Cavaliers. Good luck in your hunt.
They still turn up from time to time, so you may well be in luck soon enough.

Thanks for the reply to robsey,
"Crossing wires wasn't my intention" on this forum so I'm glad that wasn't the result,
I was a member on PNG for some years but I've not visited that forum for many years again.
With regards to the weather in the UK which I hear isn't good I'm not looking forwards to witnessing as my current climate is 33c at midday!
The reason for the change in vehicle choice is a friend of mine has a V6 cavalier which I have tried buying a few times but he won't let up!
I will keep searching frantically-on records I found online it seems there are less than 30 v6 cavaliers on the road ;(

Ah - the Cavalier bug.
Most people who have had cavs struggle to find anything else with the same "feel".

Many people come back to them eventually.
Many others will never let their Cav go.
