Welcome to our little forum.

Is this your first conversion that you will be doing.?

It is a while since I last read about a B204 install in a Cavalier, although it was quite popular at one time to do the Saab engine installation in either a GSi or BTCC replica.

Just found this thread -
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=11872&start=25

Looks like the engine goes straight in.
Fitting the turbo and intercooler may need a bit of jiggery pokery,

And a bit of loom work on the electrics.
Nothing too difficult if you have wiring diagrams I suppose.

Then there is the driveshaft bit...
Cav on one side, Saab for the other.

Plenty of threads on Mk3OC (astra club), VxON, here...
A quick google provides a lot of threads, however they all seem to end up talking about the wheels by page 3... :scratch

There is mention of someone called 'Nige' to do the wiring conversions, but a lot of these posts are 5+ years old. :ugeek:

Keep us posted... :thumb
