Hullo all,just found this forum after trawling for help on my astra van/cavy running gear(v6).I hail from the same island as Bommer,i am 31 years of age and my early driving days were mark 2 cavys.Had double figures of them and then progressed to the mark 3s,probably 5 or 6 sris and 1 cdi..The old ones you felt the speed,mark 3s were wow am i actually going that fast!Currently got an old sri of mine back last week after selling it to a boy 3 years ago,iirc it was 600 then i sold it for and paid 90 pounds last week for it.Its been lying to long and has severe tinworm,an m plate hatch.So its heading to the scrappy today,i got 17s of it and a full magnex,and the engines coming out when we get it to the scrappys plus interior.
Got a few probs with the v6 van running on 4 cylinders,so if any of the v6 cavy gurus on here could help me out that would be brill! will put a seperate post for that though,Cheers all, Paul....
