Welcome to the forum fella, that's an interesting and unusual twist to Cavalier ownership.

Welcome to cavmk3oc! Get some snaps up in the Work In Progress or Showroom sections, whichever applies. Look forward to hearing about how you came to own the car!

Love that. Would be worth getting hold of the plod force (if you haven't already) and seeing if they could give you the lowdown on the car. Wonder if it's in any of 'police, camera action' clips?!

Hi Guys..

Thanks for all your messages :)

I have only just come into owership with this car. I was offered this car as I'm a member of PVEC, so its an addition to the fleet, the other being a Triumph 1971 2000 ex traffic car (My wife just loves this lol).

The car comes with quite a bit of police history, will take some time out soon and have a good read about it.

So glad to find a Mk3 Cav though, as I had one then another as company cars in the early 90's. Both being the 1.7 turbo Diesel (the reps special). I have found memories though, as to date the Cav's were by far my favourite work car.

Mind you, sitting in the Cav now seems smaller than I remember.. This must be because Cars are getting bigger !?! Take the mondeo for instance.. its grows everytime they update the model ?

I will get some fresh pic's added tomorrow.. then maybe followed by some questions, as I need to MOT it (yikess).

Just saw your thread in the Showroom, great snaps. Where are you located? Get your hometown in your profile, useful for local meets and such.
