I'm well happy for you m8 and glad to hear its minimal damage.
That's the old trick pug it up tell the heat has settled then rag the crap out of it and then burn it out, I know mine was stolen and stored but i found mine but she wasn't so lucky they had crashed her.
They done it a lot round her before they tore the garages down and built new ones with bigger looks I've seen plenty cars being pugged up and then burnt out a 56 plate JAG a escort rs 2000 even someone's Harley davison has been burnt out where I live.

Flaming scum I really am glad for you m8.

Yeah been looking at chameleon trackers. Any good? £149 fitted and £399 for 'duration of ownership' subscription. I did think about staking out the garages tonight but I'm a bit wary of comeback. Don't fancy getting it back only for it to be torched later. Would have thought the police would want to put a camera up or something but what do I know? Should have it back in the next couple of days after forensics have looked at it. Can't wait!! :D

Good news, as said, invest in some security or a decent baseball bat. No kidding, that'll be the only way to teach the feckers.

Brilliant. No point in confrontation of any kind, it only adds you to their want list instead of just a car.

Sorry, baseball bat does seem a bit plain and simple... How about a club with a few 9" nails through the end of it? Because that's exactly what I'd have at hand if some clever person tried stealing my cars......

Someone once put my rear windscreen in on my last cav. I never once showed any anger towards anyone, because i know that if you did, and regardless of how well you 'got them', they will be more motivated than ever to do it again as they know its how to get you back lol. Na, i rather fix it and move on. Much better than more damage and looking over your shoulder. Although i would love to do what you suggest if i could get away with it, but it never works that way!
