i think tonight could see the most unrest really. the police and law enforcement agencies have been fairly ineffective to date, and while we were all waiting eagerly to hear david cameron and that waste of space theresa may's 'reassurance', and found that they had a complete lack of direction and were even more distanced from the electorate than we previously thought, people feel they have no choice but to take matters into their own hands.

good luck to anyone DEFENDING their homes and businesses tonight. but dont go looking for trouble, i'm sure there's a very fine line between that and the mentality of the idiots who are out there already.

Call me cold, but I think the lot of them should get shot. Simple as that. Shoot them, discard of them like the pathetic worthless infantile scum they are. Problem solved. And teach their useless parents what's what.

Scum, every one involved. Hoping that it starts to get controlled tonight, back on shift tomorrow and I don't want to be out there really. I don't think the government have done anywhere new enough, this should have been quashed two nights ago. Curfew at least, if you are still on the streets you are considered trouble and they could round them up.

round them up, followed by forced enrolment into the army. lets see how big and hard they are on the front line in afghanistan being shot at by the taliban.

and anyone remember when theresa may said this?

and now a police station in nottingham has been firebombed? according to bbc news 24 anyway. the situation is totally out of hand. why isnt there a curfew in force? this is beyond a joke. home secretary has to walk, PM too if truth be told. "i watched the horror unfold from the comfort of my luxury villa in tuscanny, but i'm here now, and there are plenty of photo opportunities..."

got to bring in the army surely?

bbc news had the best report a little while ago. reporter stood outside a shop, held up a black binbag and said 'ive just found this on the ground. this is the kind of bag that looters are using to fill with clothes. its very useful, you can fill it with items and then carry it away'.

id never realised binbags were so versatile. quality.

Dude, dating a forensic scientist I can tell you for certain once you've been shot with a rubber bullet you are pretty much out of the immediate picture. They can cause fairly significant internal damage.

However I'm all for napalming the little sods.

lots of millwall fans gathered in eltham last night to stop the looters. the sikh community went out tooled up in southall to protect their homes and businesses. the police stopped them in their tracks.
