I quit my 20/40 a day habit by visiting a hypnotherapist (note: NOT a hypnotist). Best £25 I ever spent. Saved that in the first week alone. Admittedly it's more about positive reinforcement than suddenly convincing you that you want to quit, at the end of the day you need to have already made that decision, but if all else fails then I highly recommend it. After my success, prompted by that of a friend (who admittedly spent ten times the amount I paid at a separate peddler of magic!), lots of my smokaholic friends went to the same fella and all gave up.

That was almost ten years ago, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Still going!! An old mate used to have hypnotherapy, stop for about 6 months, then start again.
"No the temperature gauge doesn't work........
we've driven 150 miles today........
the heater went cold last Thursday........
they check the level when it's serviced don't they?"
