That is awesome! Finally someone talks about the proper BTCC!

I'm really hoping there is a mention of the RS500 action in there too!

What got me into BTCC was my TOCA Touring Car pc games, 1 and 2. They didn't feature the Cavalier unfortunately, the Vectra was there instead. Something about the line-up just seemed cool. Ever since that, I've always known the BTCC to be that line-up, from 1996-2000 ish.

I picked my copy up this morning. The cover is quite misleading... there are LOADS of Cavaliers in there haha!

It really is a wet dream come true for Cavalier BTCC fans. I'll post a few snapshots up later for those that need further convincing...

Just some of the Cavalier action in this issue. Amazing. (Disclaimer: Pics are here to encourage you to go and pick up a copy of the magazine as a result of our shared interest. Definitely not intended to be a reproduction of the articles!):

remember the 1995 season well. Drove to the several rounds in my Cav at the time and watched them win. A great year

I got this at the weekend although Ive read all the features early last week, Im an online subscriber to Autosport as I am in F1 addict. Its great to see a Cavalier on a cover thats usually reserved for vettel/hamilton/alonso/Button!
