Cross-county incompetence by police forces.

This made me feel infuriated, how does this happen in this day and age??

Biker has an accident, breaks his arm and is left lying in a ditch for hours after 3 different police forces couldn't figure out who's responsibility it was to attend!

When you consider that Police forces across the country are resisting mergers with their neighbours, this sort of thing doesn't exactly help their case.
WIth the boundaries removed, this wouldn't have happened

Also, I feel that if it were a car that went off the road, they'd be there in minutes.. Frontline budget cuts really don't help the situation, when you consider that no matter what county the force is assigned to, they all do the same job.
