Help needed asap

Hi all. been a while since I've been on but I'm in desperate need of some assistance.
Is there anyone near Great Barr in Birmingham that would be happy to collect a bumper for me?
Basically I've won an auction on ebay and the guys trying his hardest to make life difficult for me to send a courier to collect it. What I'm after is someone that wouldn't mind collecting it for me so I can then arrange with them for a courier to bring it to Essex.
