Well hopefully my Cav will still be here in 10 years...
Although I will be a rusty old relic by then.
(I don't smell of pee and boiled cabbage yet, but I am working my way there).

I wanted to say Happy anniversary to start with but then I found out the 10th one is tin, and that's a pretty crap anniversary to have, so happy birthday instead
Next years is steel, a more fitting celebration I think

Still, 10 years is good going. I'd love to see the place still going in another 10 but..
