Insurance Ombudsman query

Hi there,has anyone here had the need to use the services of the Insurance Ombudsman.i may have to.
if you have dad any dealings with them good or bad can you tell me about your thoughts.good or bad
as it may help me make up my mind to use them or not.as i said i may shortly have to use them.

Hi Bob,
They don't view your grumbling appropriately, play for time and possibly react assuming you fortunate when broadcasting your concern on a stage, expeditiously follow up in private informing that it's anything but legitimate to address your objections openly. See underneath their private message to me, then, at that point exactly the same thing against, one or 2 messages again either playing for time or genuinely don't comprehend the issue. So, just don't think about it.
