Wow that first article is an eye opener.
I didn't think big companies still did dodgy stuff like that.

Thankfully, we have always been lucky with dealerships in the past.

It does help to be a car enthusiast, when looking for some of the easier to check out faults. Mileage clocking or inoperative warning lights.
