Hey all.
Does anybody have MSN Messenger? i was just thinking something.
For club members who use MSN a lot, like me, why not chat online too. everytime i'm on here, i really appreciate the club, which is why i thought maybe, members could chat to each other in their spare time too, or if the right person isnt online here, and to make social chats easier
If any members wish to contact me on the messenger, feel free to add me

Re: MSN Messenger
maybe an IM chat plugin for the forum could be a better option; that way personal info doesn't need to be distributed? that is if there is such a plugin available for this forum version?

Re: MSN Messenger
Well i wasnt suggesting in directing people away, thats like the last thing on my mind, i was thinking more like if certain members feel like having a social chat or something, and be on here at the same time discussing any motoring issues
And i believe there were thoughts on it before, but it never got made, probably because on every other forum where there's IM, people tend to get a bit mouthy sometimes, you know. Thats why i figured msn wouldnt be a bad thought.
Just an idea anyways

Re: MSN Messenger
I like the concept. Not sure how workable it would be though.
Re: MSN Messenger
It runs as a popup, about the size of a messenger, and looks just like one, with either your friend list or just a list of online people.
Its installed as part of the forum
Thats if you where talking about my post
