And for the weekend.....?

Post by Envoy CDX »

What's everyones plans?

Saturday, in from work couple of hours sleep and then hopefully pull and engine out of the old cav, get the strut back on and get the chappy to come and take the shell away so I can get the other cav on the drive.

Then onto working on the 18Se engine I've had in bits for a month or two..

Discs and pads on the auto are about in the realms of needing replaced so, might stick some 2litre discs / calipers on that on Sunday - see how it goes.

Ive got a bloke coming round to fit a new windscreen in the Cav first thing. Then need to turn the Astra in to a van and move stuff for my old man. Load up my tools then round to a mates house to drill a hole for him. Later on ive a homer to go to. All that lot and a few wee other things that I need to do. Busy weekend for me.

In ten mins I dropo off my son at school as He's off to Liverpool University for a Sciennce Challenge. I told him don't come back without the £1000 prise, then I'm off to the beach with both cavaliers. Alfie the Dog cavalier inside blue the blue 1.8. At about 9 I'll make wifey breakfast, and at about 11 we are off to Asda (Oh Joy) in the MX5. It needs a good thrash, so Hopefully she'll open it up in 3rd on the Dual Carriage way, but they may have well fitted a 1.0 metro engine TBH. Then this afternoon I'm watching the Telly til bedtime.
