How's this for parking!!
Went out cruising around Wareham Forest earlier on today and parked up at a peculiar angle
Notice the Richbrook sunstrip i fitted, makes the windscreen look really small from inside
The driver of that Espace did give me a slightly odd look as he drove by
Cruise was good though, nice sun setting in the evening, plodding along at national speed limit, no traffic Good Sunday afternoon.
Andrei.

Am I a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Well that depends on how much I've had to drink...

Re: How's this for parking!!
Lol. I once got stuck in a frozen muddy ditch, yes i know, how on earth did i manage to find one Anyways, through it i decide to crawl and got stuck Basically the wheels weren't going anywhere as there was ice under the front nearside wheel and even with the gearbox in Winter mode, it wasn't playing ball. So anyways i had to beat the ice up with a hammer and screwdriver and managed to get some traction and pull out.
Rear wheel Front wheel Was one heck of a challenge but a fun one at that.

Re: How's this for parking!!
i beached my sierra once. drove right onto the beach and being RWD it sunk into the sand in the middle of the night. then the tide came in (we drove pretty far down the beach) and the waves licked the front of the car. had to get a guy to drive 40 miles with a wynch to pull us out cos the lifeguards land rover was out of action. all the locals were out on the beach pushing and pulling and trying to get the car shifted, it was quite funny (although not at the time).Envoy CDX wrote:it rained and I "beached" the cav
ah the stupid things you do when you're in your teens! hahaha
Re: How's this for parking!!
Did similar in my early twenties...
I drove down a semi-disused farm lane on the back of the hill where I still live.
(bet you thought I lived in a house, not on a hill side!! ha ha)
I was in an Austin Maestro 1.3GL, and there were furrows where I had to drive due to their depth. ( I know - Austin Maestro !! )
Any way, I managed it, but two Landrovers (3 series) coming behind me didn't. They drifted and got stuck - they ended up sharing paint jobs... oops!
What's up with those 4x4 jessies... it was only a 1 in 5 hill afterall.
