Rolling Road Day
Right as posted a bit back in the events section, there was suggestion of a rolling road day, there was interest in this to start with but we really need to get names down if this is going to happen, as anita and gaz have said they will try get a feature in TV which will give the club a good boost. now its a bit of a treck for me but im up for doing this, who else is def up for attending?
* Edit - Original post for squig
Thought I'd make and effort and try and organise a Rolling Road day for us up in the North West...
Thinking late January at Whitegates Garage in Stockport.
Located at;
Unit 6/7
Oakfield Road
Davenport
Stockport
Cheshire
SK3 5SG
Open to suggestions... will need to know numbers a few weeks before we descend upon them (see if we can get discount and maybe book the day so we can all get on).
If this goes ahead I'll post prices as soon as I know approximately how many cars will be going
Squig
List So Far:
Craig - Cavyman_130 - Cavalier SRi
Anita - FoxyCav - Cavalier 2.0 16v
Richard - Rich P - Cavalier SRi
Phunky - Poss the XE Van
Envoy - Poss in the Cavalier 1.8

Re: Rolling Road Day
bit of a trek, but aye if its end of Feb I should be able to afford it. Be nice to see what the MPi 1.8 is pushing out
Re: Rolling Road Day
Looking for it to be around April guys. I'm deffo putting the old girl on
if we get enough peeps IE at least 10 i'm getting in touch with Total Vauxhall to do a feature in there Dyno section. As Craig has said We need this boost to promote the club more. I'm gonna throw in a Halfords Voucher for the winner, (they always come in handy eh) I've done this at a RR i organised many moons ago and it proved a hit, plus it gives you a bit of incentive to get your names down as well.

Re: Rolling Road Day
Well, the MPi is just about fully installed now, so I'm pretty much 97% sure I'll attend assuming money isn't an issue.

Re: Rolling Road Day
Come on everyone, we need to get these numbers up if its going to go ahead, there is enough of us on site so lets all try make it, if the numbers are there we can really try for a TV feature, but we need to confirm numbers soon as we cant leave this to the last minute.
Re: Rolling Road Day
I can always get cars to come along but my mates only have 1 cav and id rather have a full cav lineup rather than having non cavs in it, in my eyes is against the sprit
