Lost on this one, why not ask the dealer whilst they are already talking to you?

the heater went cold last Thursday........
they check the level when it's serviced don't they?"

Re: non cavalier part identification help please
just a train of thought,
could the part number refer to the moulding that covers the solenoid? to prevent slim jims from unlocking the car?

I know this is quite old, but on my EPC3, I get the following
In the section A04 Astra 2004 -, Body Interior fittings, Rear Door Locking Mechanisms
Subsection
Door Lock - Except Keyless entry and start system for deadlocks
Description
LOCK, REAR DOOR (Ident WY)
Range 52??????? -
Range 55111601-
Range 58111476-
Part No 13220372 = Kat No 51 33 138
It looks like the entire lock, complete with electrical connector on the top
Is that what you are after? It is a big square-ish shaped assembly
See here

Now you've posted that I seem to remember that the later door lock assemblies were a complete unit, motor and all?
