Coolest
Mini build thread I've seen in a while, well worth a read.
The link is to the summary on pg 11.

I spent some time with this car last week for a feature we are doing. I will post my reference pics of it up later this evening. It is owned by a guy from the Vauxhall press office. His grandfather bought it new and it has passed down through the family so holds real significance. Great build.

Love it, except for the engine sticking out of the bonnet, which spoils it in my opinion. I attended a guy a year or so ago that had a mini squirrelled away in his garage that he had been working on a honda vtec conversion. The clearances were really tight, and it had virtually solid engine mounts, but it fitted under the front end.

What you do in your own time is entirely your own business but please bear in mind that there are children present.

OK, I was called out to a guys Ford Focus, who happened to have a mini too, and a Range Rover and several other interesting vehicles. I did not attend him personally in any way, nor was it in my time, it was in time I sold to RAC!

Granted it's very well done, just don't like it with the engine sticking out. Not on the same scale as Andrei and Italy though.
