N-Reg 95 LSi: On the right hand side of the dashboard, to the right of the steering wheel, there is a push button on-off switch with what looks like a dimmed lamp diagram on the surface. From the handbook the fact that it is yellow means that it is the fog tail lamp. Except that it doesn't seem to DO anything.
I asked the garage here to check out the wiring and the bulb (not knowing at the time if this was for the front or the back light) but they couldn't find anything. Now that I know that it is the rear lamp control can I go back to the garage and "insist" that they put it right? I read in a blog somewhere that it could be a bust or missing fuse - no 27??
Tks

Re: Fog Light?
Silly question,
But did you do this with the side lights switched on?
The rear fog (fog tail lamp) will only illuminate with the lights on.
And...

If fitted and wired properly via a relay,
The front fogs will only come on when the rear fog comes on.
As suggested, the rear fog uses fuse 27 rated at 10 amps.
Don't forget the relay in the main fuse box.
Front fogs use fuse 13 rated at 20 amps.
The relay for this is above the relay for the rear fog lamp.
