Angel Eyes electrical adjustment

Has anyone ever done anything like this before ? I have electrical motors from OEM lights but as I see it's nowhere near plug and play so if anyone knows I would appreciate any help, also I haven't found any topic relating this problem, so if there is one hit me with a link. Thanks
