I presume it is just the battery clamping plate is loose or missing...
Or the thread on the M8 bolt (13mm spanner) or the hole in the battery tray is stripped.
If it is the bolt thread, then a simple M8 x 25 hex-head bolt should suffice.
If it is the battery tray thread, then that is a bit more involved.
Metal is probably too thin for an M8 heli-coil insert.
At worst - you need a plate with a pre-drilled and tapped M8 thread welding over the stripped hole on the edge of the battery tray.
For the battery clamp -
The part number is - 90 228 223. Or 90228223
But I am sure that any vauxhall battery clamp from the last 40 years will fit. So worth a trip to the scrappers.
The exclusion to this are the Antara and other Korean made Vauxhalls. These use a Japanese format hook and tightening nut arrangement.

As for the fuel tank.
Have a good Google for "Vauxhall 90297149"
Or use the same term on ebay.
Prices vary from £170-ish upto way past £400 for Dutch or German sourced tanks.
