centrel locking? HELP

centrel locking? HELP
hi all just bought my first cav is a tidy 1.6 centrel lockings not working when i turn key in drivers door or even when i lock it from inside from both side. is the cavalier known for problems in this area? any help will be great. cheers.joe

Check the fuse in the panel to the lower right of the steering wheel. Cant remember which number fuse off by heart, the diagram on the panel inside or the original handbook will tell you. Its most probably blown if the c/locking isnt working at all. The Cav's arent problematic in this area, its just one of those general things.
